We all know the benefits of ju-jitsu, for adults it can improve fitness, stimulate awareness, defend youself or others. For children it is believed that the training is especially useful for the victims of school bullying, also it is a good way of channelling excess energy.

Bushido Ju-Jitsu Academy is run by fully qualified Governing Body Grade 1 coaches.
